World fastest Bike or world fastest motorcycle.
MTT Turbine Superbike also called as Y2K is the world fastest bike. It is the first turbine powered bike. It has a power of 300 hp and 425 FT/LBS of torque.
There are 10 bikes in the world right now 4 of then in US and one owned by jay leno. The bike is made up of carbon filled monocoque chassis and is powered by Rolls Royce Allison 25O-C18 turbine jet engine. With such a power the bike could go from 0-227 in 15 seconds. The engine used in bike was originally designed for helicopter. Cost of bike a whopping $185,000.

Well, This won't be the last of its class. New generations models will keep coming. I ride a Yamaha R6 and I can't imagine the thrill you'd get out of riding this beast!

My Hayabusa Runs much better than this bike.I knoew that world's fastest record is done with the Hayabusa.From my knowledge Mv AUgusta 's latest model is the Fastest bike.And also the tamhawk is a speedest bike(car).
you don't get. "from 0-227 in 15 seconds". This bike is like riding a dragster. It has 300hp and 400fpt. I would bet it tops most production cars. It's a only point is to go fast with no concern for fuel economy or anything excpt fun. I alway beleaved most people could understand that. I mean a little 50hp car could get you arond, it would be better on gas, and be safer but every one loves to go fast, be better, and be able to leave anything eles in the dust. Thats the point of this bike. FUN.

this superbike should still be the fastest bike in the world but there is one bike that comes close and that man lives in utah. but who ever says they can beat this bike with there small bullet bikes is wrong. my v-star smokes 3/4 of the populations bullet bikes right now. so there is no way possible to beat this bike not unless is was the y2k ultimate or something that was just brought out with a bigger turbine engine that throws out more power.

It makes me laugh that people would even bother comparing this bike to a Hayabusa. Yea sure the Hayabusa is fast, but this bike will tear the Suzukis tits off when it flies past with its throttle wide open. Its absolutely no contest. Its like putting a big block V8 up against a Fiat Uno. Standard the Hayabusa bragged about a 306kmph top speed. I don't think anyone has taken the Y2K out to its full potential yet. So Hayabusa owners/fans, stop trying to bite chunks out of this bike. It'll only bite back twice as hard...

yeah its a beast but there are plenty of modified busas zx12s zx14s and so on that will smoke this I'm talkin bikes with about 400hp or more but as far as stock bikes go this is the fastest i've ever heard of but its the only stock bike i've heard of wit a turbo so wat can i say i kno wat i can say my busa has twin turbo and shoots out ova 500hp hahahahooooooo

i just love the look of the hayabusa. and i dont need a bike that can go 227mph i love going fast but this bike would easily kill a dumb rider. plus why would i pay 185k for a bike. i'm not saying its worse compared to the hayabusa obviously its faster. but i like the style of the hayabusa more
